Darwin Escapes, whose Head Office is based in Talacre, North Wales, says its new luxurious ‘Lookout’ aims to meet the demands of an increasing number of people preferring to holiday in style in the UK.
The company aims to set new standards for the UK holiday park industry by creating brand new parks in stunning locations which provide holiday makers and holiday home owners with accommodation and facilities to rival 5 star hotels.
The company already operate 21 holiday parks throughout the UK, but chose a beach side plot in Aberconwy Resort & Spa with panoramic views across the North Wales coast for their most luxurious holiday property to date.

Clad in CanExel and ThermoWood and with split-level balconies and decked terraces, The Lookout has been designed to make the most of its spectacular views.
The lodge sleeps six and comes with a master bedroom with its own wet room and a large double walk-in shower and walk-in wardrobe. Across the hall is a second double bedroom.
The company have chosen an interior designer from Prestige Homeseeker to style the interior in neutral tones, the inside with its elevated lounge area and adjoining balcony has a modern contemporary feel with its zesty lemons, soft browns, creams and greys and clever lighting.
It comes with all mod-cons including a fully-fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances and an integrated coffee machine, a five burner gas hob, eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dual washer/dryer.
Two sets of Bi-Fold doors allow the 990 sq. ft. property to be flooded with an abundance of natural light. Built to British Standard 3632, The Lookout is also protected by a 10-year warranty.

The owner of The Lookout won’t be disappointed if they want to dine out.
Aberconwy Resort & Spa in Conwy has won awards for its dining. Its Signatures Restaurant was voted ‘best place to eat’ in the whole of Wales at the 2013 National Tourism Awards. Other on-site amenities include a hair salon, indoor pool, spa and a country club. There’s access to the beach and Conwy is only a five-minute drive away.
