Which? opens Cardiff office

Which? officially opened its doors for business in the capital of Wales last week at an event attended by local politicians, senior management, and new team members.

The new office will act as the national Member Services Centre and is a key part of Which?’s continued commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The office will also house part of the Which? financial services offering.

The range of impartial advice that Which? offers has expanded hugely over the years, helping members at every stage of their life, from deciding where to have a baby, to choosing a university or starting to care for a relative in later life.

Which? exists as a true champion for consumers. Customer service advisers are often the first port of call for members, supporting them with wide ranging queries, making this new office central to the organisation’s purpose.

Which? is headquartered in London, with the majority of financial and other commercial services in Bristol.

Anabel Hoult, Which? Chief Executive, said:

“I’m excited to be officially opening our new office in Wales, ushering in a new era for our organisation.

“Cardiff is a new phase in our journey of delivering world-class customer service to our members, current and future.”

Stephen Doughty, MP for Cardiff South and Penarth, said:

“It’s fantastic to welcome Which? to the Capital Quarter. I’m delighted that such an established and well trusted organisation has opted to set up in Cardiff, which as a city continues to go from strength to strength.”

Vaughan Gething, AM for Cardiff South and Penarth, said:

“I’m delighted to be able to attend and welcome Which? to the constituency. Which? are fantastic champions for consumers, offering a wide range of services from testing products to money advice. It is a testament to the fantastic service that they provide that there are over 1.3 million members and supporters. I wish them every success and look forward to visiting them again in the future.”
