Welsh estate agent software specialist AgentPro is celebrating rapid growth across the previous 12 months – with exciting news that 2018 is already proving to be the company’s most successful year since their launch in 2004.
The company has experienced a whopping 40% increase in customers this year as traditional estate agents struggle to deal with new challenges, including more competition from online only agencies, GDPR regulations, new property taxes in Wales, EPC certificates and now the threat of letting fees being banned.
While welcoming the rapid expansion throughout the UK, with estate agents using AgentPro as far away as Scotland and even overseas, Gareth explains that it has brought new challenges for the Welsh software company, who first launched in 2004. Gareth explains:
“There’s lots of big changes for property professionals right now – the rapid growth is coinciding with the launch of our latest major release of the software.”
The company have incorporated changes to the software to accommodate GDPR rules, EPC certificates and different property taxes in England, Scotland and Wales, which are making a traditional estate agent’s workload increasingly challenging to manage.
The latest software release now includes key management and tracking, appointment reminders, improved progression tracking and full Office 365 integration, as well as automating many of the tasks that sap time for busy estate agents. Gareth says:
“The feedback so far is fantastic – but there’s even more in the pipeline, with our AgentPro On the Go app for remote workers also due for release this Summer.”
The software has always supported uploads to property portals, but the company is also working on developing their own property portal, exclusively for the use of AgentPro customers.
All in all, it’s been a brilliant year, says Gareth.
“Sometimes you have a year when everything just comes together perfectly, and for the AgentPro team, this is definitely our year.”
The team are very excited about the upcoming launch of AgentPro On the Go, which they expect to be a huge success, but Gareth says their focus will remain heavily on customer service and supporting estate agents and lettings professionals in what continues to be challenging marketplace.
Gareth says that going forward, the company’s focus will remain on helping their customers to sell and let more properties.
“That’s nothing less than they deserve,” he says.
