Cardiff-based Rob Lester has more than 7 years experience in people development at one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains – and now he’s sharing his expertise with other businesses and individuals in a brand new business venture of his own.

Rob’s coaching and operational skills are highly in demand as retailers are increasingly being challenged to meet ever-tighter targets on ever-smaller budgets, but Rob says coaching is about far more than just encouraging and motivating people to meet targets – it’s helping them grow as individuals too.
